We take pride and responsibility in your products arriving quickly and safely.

All our calendars are dispatched in A3 cardboard envelopes with cardboard stiffeners for added strength. These do not fit most letterboxes, so we recommend that you request delivery to an address where someone will be available to take collection.

All orders accepted before 2pm GMT* Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Standard UK Delivery – Free

We offer free delivery on all UK Standard Delivery orders. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive. Deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland may take longer.

Express UK Delivery – £7.00 per item

All Express Delivery orders accepted before 2pm GMT* Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, which should guarantee next working day delivery**. All packages are tracked. We only offer this service on orders to UK addresses and where provided by Royal Mail. If in doubt, please check with Royal Mail.

* We will communicate acceptance of your order by sending you an email. An order is only considered to have been received by us when we send you a confirmation and any timings are from the time of such confirmation.

**We cannot guarantee next day delivery on Express Delivery orders. Please email hello@giraffe25.com if you have an urgent request and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

***Orders which are delivered outside of the UK may incur duties and taxes. You will be liable to pay any customs duties and/or sales taxes that are relevant to your order. Please consult your local customs office if your order is being delivered outside of the UK.

We aim to deliver your orders to you as soon as we can but we cannot guarantee delivery on or by a specific date. In certain circumstances where bespoke work is required such as framing or personalisation, in severe weather conditions or at busy times of the year such as Christmas, delivery of your order may take a little longer but we will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays.

We will ensure that you are contacted by email with an estimated delivery date when your order has been dispatched including any tracking number where applicable.

If you place an order for multiple products and some of those products are unavailable, we may deliver them separately. In most cases we will dispatch your in-stock products as soon as possible.

The expected release date for individual pre-order items is shown on the website. The release dates appear on the relevant product page. If you have placed an order which has a future release date stated on the product detail page, this is a pre-order. Orders placed containing a pre-order product as well as an in-stock product, may be delivered separately. In most cases we will dispatch your in-stock products as soon as possible and any pre-order products once available.

If an order is returned to us because the carrier could not deliver your order or it was not collected then you may be required to pay an additional delivery charge before we can resend your order. This will also apply if you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
